Sort Materials by Scarcity

Common materials support routine potion crafts and should be easy to restock through a short gathering loop. Elemental shards and boss drops deserve separate reserves because recovering them can require longer fights or travel. Keep notes on where each material came from and what changed after a patch. If an item moves to another area, update your route before assuming the drop disappeared.

Spend with a Clear Purpose

Before crafting, state what the potion should improve and which later recipe may need the same rare item. Delay the craft when the benefit is unclear or the restock route is too difficult. A balanced inventory keeps common materials moving while protecting a small emergency reserve. This makes failed experiments recoverable and reduces the pressure to grind immediately.
